My Ghost Market, a company recently established in Sofia, is the fastest growing platform for music ghost production, bringing a new way to create and manage music production projects. Our platform offers a meeting point between music and people where all music projects can be developed and DJs, artists or labels can be helped to create or finish their songs by the best music producers around the world. The ghost production industry is having a vertiginous growth in the last five years in which we as a company are also involved. Our mission now is to elevate the ghost production industry, offering more and better music production services, that’s why we are looking for people who love music and want to grow with us. Your work: We are looking for people with basic experience in music production. Your role will be to review and follow up on how the users who use our platform to sell their productions do it (according to our standards), as well as to give them support and indications to do it correctly. On the other hand, you will also have to give support to clients (related to purchased services or song files to clients). A typical day: Review, evaluate and publish all the songs submitted for sale by the sellers on our platform. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing all the songs and their files submitted for sale by sellers on our platform. In particular, basic production knowledge is required to understand how a song's project file has been created. Provide support to sellers, giving them some indication if any file is incorrect or missing. Provide support to buyers, for example a customer who has a problem with the files. Investigate and resolve issues regarding files, fraudulent songs or seller users (tracks made with construction kits, templates, stolen tracks). Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements. Other different tasks might be assigned occasionally, such as writing for our blog or administration tasks related to our activity. What we’re looking for: Technical: Basic music production knowledge and experience; Knowledge of the interfaces of the following DAWs: FL studio and Ableton Live. It would be an advantage to handle other softwares as Cubase, Studio One and Logic Pro (knowing how to open files, locate samples in their folders, and understanding how a song project file has been created); Overall knowledge in all music genres (especially in all the sub genres of electronic dance music); Interest in the music production industry. It’s needed to be familiar with the main music production tech companies and marketplaces related to services such as loop, sample and beat selling and licensing. Interest in the actual music production trends; Organized, responsible and professional approach. Personal: Fluency in English or Spanish (B2); Possibility to work at home (favorable environment at home); Passion for music and the music industry.
